If you're not pleased with your purchase, or the item was damaged during shipping, just contact me within 30 days and I'll give you a full refund. While I hope it doesn't come to that, I'll try to make it as painless as possible.
Simply return the item and once it is received a refund will be issued immediately. The refund will be returned in the manner it was paid (credited back to credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc).

Purchase is for one (1) piece of black tourmaline. The small loose pieces of black tourmaline range in size from .5-.75 inches. The medium loose pieces of black tourmaline range in size from .75-1 inch. Please note that each piece is unique and may appear different in size, shape, color, and striations than those shown in the photograph.
