This smudge kit comes with a piece of Palo Santo, small abalone shell, small selenite stick, and turkey feather.
Palo Santo means “Holy Wood” and is used in cleansing and purifying rituals in much the same way as White Sage is used for smudging. It is a wonderful, deeply aromatic, sweet wood which has been used by the Incas and people of the Andes for many centuries. Its purpose is to keep energies grounded, purify and cleanse, to get rid of negative energies/entities and influences, invite positive energy and intentions to take their place, and its smoke is believed by many to have healing and therapeutic powers. Each kit varies in size and shape as this is a natural product.
Tip: The fresh, pleasant smoke is also helpful in keeping away mosquitos and other flying insects!
